Jos Buttler joins the Castore Team
British sportswear brand Castore is delighted to announce a 3-year partnership with England cricketer Jos Buttler MBE.
Castore’s latest athlete partnership will see the sportswear brand become the training apparel and sports lifestyle partner of Jos Buttler from 1st January 2021.
Respected globally as one of the best wicket-keeper batsmen in the sport, Jos has been responsible for some of the most memorable moments in English cricket in recent years including scoring 59 runs and completing the run-out during the Golden Over that unforgettably won England the World Cup in 2019.
Combining technique, game intelligence and brute power in exceptional tandem has seen Jos establish himself as one of the consistently top performers in world cricket for his teams Lancashire, Rajasthan Royals and England.
Pascal Lafitte, head of team partnerships at Castore, said:
“We are thrilled to be announcing Jos Buttler as the newest member of the Castore family. Jos has been performing on the biggest stage in club and international cricket for over a decade and still strives for excellence. This consistent level of attainment and quality as a player coupled with his willingness to push the boundaries of performance on the pitch are perfectly aligned with our brand philosophy, making Jos the perfect athlete for Castore to partner with. Many exciting years await us as Jos reaches the pinnacle of his career.”
Jos Buttler added:
“I am absolutely delighted to be joining forces with such a bold and exciting brand. Castore have really captured the imagination of the sporting world and I cannot think of a better brand to support me with my sports lifestyle and training apparel. Their mix of technology and design is a breath of fresh air and I will certainly wear the Castore logo with pride”
Sport at the very highest level often comes down to the smallest margins and partnering with world class athletes like Jos is a testament to Castore’s commitment to excellence.
Castore’s partnership with Jos follows recent partnerships with Rugby Captain Owen Farrell and a long-term partnership with Sir Andy Murray.
