TERMS & CONDITIONS – MENTION ME REFER A FRIEND TO WIN A £100 GIFT CARD WHEN YOU SPEND OVER £30 ON CASTORE.COM (“PROMOTION”)
Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully. The Terms contain important information and govern this Promotion. Instructions for a valid purchase form part of these Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted if you participate in this Promotion.
1. PROMOTER
1.1 The Promoter is: J. Carter Sporting Club Ltd (trading as Castore), a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 09670915, with its registered office at 1 Central Street, Manchester, M2 5WR, United Kingdom,
2. ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION
2.1 The Promotion will run from 00:00 on Monday 27th February 2023 (the "Opening Date") until 23:59 on Sunday 19 March 2023 (the "Closing Date") inclusive (the “Promotion Period”)
2.2 Individuals need to spend £30.00 or more on any items across www.castore.com and refer-a-friend for the chance to both win a £100 voucher to spend on www.castore.com only. Please note this refer-a-friend programme is managed by Mention Me.
2.1 The Promotion is only open to all residents in the UK aged 16 years or over, except: (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Promotion or its administration; or (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
3. FREE GIFT & HOW TO CLAIM
3.1 Eligible customers who make a Qualifying Purchase and refer-a-friend via Mention Me will be entered in for the chance to win £100 voucher. The winning individuals will be emailed their £100 voucher code via email on 20th March 2023 (“Gift”).
3.2 No cash alternative will be given for the £100 voucher.
3.3 The voucher is not negotiable or transferable. The voucher cannot be exchanged for another gift.
3.4 Entitlement to the voucher card is personal to the eligible customer and cannot be transferred.
3.5 Should an eligible customer return any item from a Qualifying Purchase which results in such Qualifying Purchase being below £30.00 post return, the customer must also include the voucher card in the return. Voucher cards sent via email will be cancelled if the return results in such Qualifying Purchase being below £30.00.
4. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
4.1 Customers receiving the voucher card agree not to sell, offer to sell or use the voucher for any commercial or promotional purpose (including placing the £100 voucher on an internet auction site).
4.2 The Promoter reserves the right to modify or withdraw the voucher. The alternative voucher will be of at least an equivalent or greater value.
4.3 Gifts that are not redeemed for whatever reason remain the property of the Promoter. In case of a rejection of a Gift, the Gift also falls to the Promoter.
4.4 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to accept the voucher card.
4.5 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of using the voucher card except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
4.6 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the https://castore.com/pages/privacy-policy.
4.7 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Promotion.
4.8 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion at any time and where it becomes necessary to do so.
4.9 These Terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
