TERMS & CONDITIONS – FREE TOTE BAG ON ALL ORDER PLACED ON 22ND APRIL 2022
(“PROMOTION”) Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully.
-The Terms contain important information and govern this Promotion. Instructions for a valid purchase form part of these Terms which you will be deemed to have accepted if you participate in this Promotion.
1. PROMOTER
1.1 The Promoter is: J. Carter Sporting Club Ltd (trading as Castore), a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 09670915, with its registered office at 1 Central Street, Manchester, M2 5WR, United Kingdom,
2. ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION
2.1 The Promotion will run from 00:00am on Friday 22nd April 2022 (the "Opening Date") to 23:59pm on Friday 22nd April 2022 (the "Closing Date") inclusive (the “Promotion Period”)
2.2 To receive the free complimentary, individuals must purchase a product during the promotion period.
3. FREE GIFT & HOW TO CLAIM
3.1 Eligible customers who make a Qualifying Purchase will receive a free tote bag (“Gift”).
3.2 One free Gift per Qualifying Purchase.
3.3 Gifts are subject to availability and whilst stocks last. The Promoter provides no guarantee that all or any of the Gifts will remain available throughout the Promotion Period.
3.4 No cash alternative will be given for the Gift.
3.5 The Gift is not negotiable or transferable. The Gift cannot be exchanged for another gift.
3.6 Entitlement to the Gift is personal to the eligible customer and cannot be transferred.
3.7 Should an eligible customer return all there items from the Qualifying Purchase, they must also return the free gift.
.4. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
4.1 Customers receiving the Gift agree not to sell, offer to sell or use the Gift for any commercial or promotional purpose (including placing a Gift on an internet auction site).
4.2 The Promoter reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Gift. The alternative gift will be of at least an equivalent or greater value.
4.3 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of using the Gift except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
4.5 The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the https://castore.com/pages/privacy-policy.
4.6 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Promotion.
4.7 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion at any time and where it becomes necessary to do so.
4.8 These Terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
