HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REFUND?
Our website states to wait up to 30 business however refunds normally take up to 14 business days.

HOW IS MY ORDER GOING TO BE DELIVERED?
  • For all UK customers, your order will be delivered with Royal Mail
  • For all customers outside the UK, your order will be delivered with DHL

I ORDERED A PRODUCT AND IT HASN’T ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Our carriers aim to deliver your parcel within 3 business days of dispatch. If your delivery has gone over this period, please contact concierge@castore.co.uk.

MY DISCOUNT CODE IS NOT WORKING
Discount codes are single use only and will not be valid for a second use. Only one discount code can be used at a time. If this is a new code please contact concierge@castore.co.uk before placing your order. Once your order is complete we are not able to honour your discount code.

WHAT TO DO IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY
Please email our concierge@castore.co.uk with your name, order number and an image of the garment. This will make it faster for our team to resolve your issue.
