Castore appointed Official Technical Kit Partner of Warwickshire CCC and Birmingham Phoenix
Warwickshire County Cricket Club and Birmingham Phoenix are delighted to confirm Castore will be the Official Technical Kit Partner of the men’s and women’s teams for the 2026 season and beyond.
The British sportswear brand will provide playing kit, training kit and travel wear for the Rothesay County Championship, Metro Bank One Day Cup, Warwickshire Bears Men and Women and Birmingham Phoenix Men and Women, in a deal which runs to the end of 2031. Castore will oversee kit manufacturing for all Bears and Phoenix teams, as well as providing the Edgbaston retail store with all technical wear for supporters to purchase.
The landmark agreement, which sees Birmingham Phoenix become the first The Hundred franchise teams to agree a deal with a kit supplier for 2026, enhances Castore’s continued investment in cricket, with existing partnerships with the England and Wales Cricket Board(ECB), New Zealand Cricket and several English first class counties among their impressive portfolio across a diverse range of sports.
The new partnership coincides with an exciting new era at Edgbaston Stadium, with the Vitality Blast teams returning to their heritage of carrying the Warwickshire name, while the Birmingham Phoenix will enter the 2026 under a new ownership structure with Knighthead Capital Management LLC joining the club as minority investors.
Adam Lowe, Commercial Director at Warwickshire County Cricket Club, said: “Castore’s innovative approach to kit design and manufacturing made them a very attractive brand to partner with and we are thrilled to be able to announce this long-term agreement today.
“Fans can expect to see high-quality, innovative designs across all our ranges, while incorporating the spirit and tradition of the club.
“We want our players to wear something comfortable which has been designed to enhance performance, while giving our supporters a range of products which they will be proud to wear both on matchdays and in their day-to-day life, and in Castore we believe we have the perfect partner to deliver that.”
