Refined by the Game: Majesticks Golf Club SS26
Season two with Majesticks Golf Club aligned with a moment of clarity for the team. A rebrand that wasn’t about reinvention for its own sake, but about sharpening what already mattered. Purpose over excess. Control over noise. That same thinking guided our approach. We took what season one taught us, challenged every detail, and removed anything that didn’t serve performance. What remained was a cleaner, more resolved expression of the game at the highest level-engineered kit that reflects the new Majesticks Golf Club identity without ever having to announce it.
The Spring/Summer 26 Collection is the result of that process. Designed with the Majesticks Golf Club players. Built for the realities of LIV Golf. Engineered to hold its composure across heat, travel and pressure, round after round.
This is our work. Done properly.
Built With the Players, Not Around Them
We build our golf collections from the inside out. That means sitting down with the players who live in the product and letting performance, not opinion drive decisions.
Castore gathered regular detailed performance feedback from the Majesticks Golf Club players. Performance Apparel, Product Designer at Castore “Those conversations directly shaped the direction of SS26 from the outset.”
The feedback was clear. Tournament golf accelerates clarity. Margins narrow. Every gram, every movement, every degree of temperature control is felt over four days of play. At this level, only what actively supports performance earns its place.
So we removed what wasn’t essential.
Where Refinement Became Engineering
Polo performance was the first priority.
“One key challenge was weight,” the product team noted. “The Essential Polo was slightly heavier than required, and our printed polos needed greater technical capability for extreme temperatures.”
We re-engineered the Essential Polo using a lighter, performance-driven fabric. Same refined silhouette. Less interference. More freedom.
“The result was immediate,” the product designer explains. “It delivered uncompromised comfort and was approved straight away by the golfers.”
From there, we went deeper. Moisture management was engineered at yarn level through Aertek+ technology, built into the fabric itself to deliver durable breathability and wicking that doesn’t fade over time.
“Engineered for heat. Built for endurance,” the design team adds. “Designed to perform when conditions demand more.”
That same discipline ran through trousers and shorts. Pocket depth was rebuilt around how golfers actually play. Secure storage was added without bulk. Waistbands were refined for hold and stability under movement.
Even the details most brands ignore were challenged. Player testing showed two-way zips added weight and distraction. We removed them.
A cleaner one-way zip. Less bulk. Less noise. More focus.
Shared Standards, Not Surface-Level Partnership
Majesticks Golf Club are British at their core. Resilient by nature. Built on experience, composure and the refusal to concede ground late in the round.
That mindset is why this partnership works.
Players like Ian Poulter, Lee Westwood, Sam Horsfield and the newest member of Majesticks Golf Club Laurie Canter understand that performance is earned through discipline and repetition, not spectacle. It’s the same belief that drives everything we do at Castore.
Distinctly Castore
“This collection is distinctly Castore,” says our product design team. “Premium technical
materials, refined design and a performance-led outlook. Every detail has a reason. Nothing is overdesigned.”
Every garment is built to disappear in play.
Clean lines. Controlled stretch. Moisture management where it matters.
Obsess the details.
Remove the noise.
Let performance speak.
Better Never Stops.
