SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our extended Christmas return policy is now also in effect. If you make a purchase between the 1st November and the 24th December, you will have until the 14th January to return your items for a refund or an exchange.  (Please keep your dispatch note as this will be requested with your return)  For further information, please see our returns policy.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email. We use DHL Express service (2-5 working days) for all international shipments and Royal Mail for UK shipments, a signature will be required upon delivery of your order. We offer free delivery on all orders over £150.

All orders placed with Express Delivery will only be dispatched if placed on Monday-Friday before 8pm + Saturday-Sunday before 5pm.

Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.

Please ensure that when placing an order that the country of shipping destination is selected correctly. This is to ensure no extra charges are applied at customs.
