Team Castore - May 24, 2022

Salford City and Castore are delighted to announce their new multi-year partnership, with Castore becoming the Official Technical Partner, Official Retail Partner, and Official Kit Supplier for Salford City.

The British sportswear group, Castore, has designed and manufactured a new set of kits, training wear and leisurewear for Salford City ahead of the 2022-23 season.

Castore will also take on the management of Salford City’s retail and e-Commerce spaces.

Castore was founded by Tom and Phil Beahon in 2015 and has built up a high-quality reputation working with the likes of Rangers, Newcastle United and Wolverhampton Wanderers, as well as supplying apparel for the McLaren Formula One team, England Cricket, and Sir Andy Murray.

Salford co-owner Gary Neville has been an ambassador for Castore since 2021. He commented:

“We’re delighted to welcome Castore to the Salford family, and are very much looking forward to working with them for at least the next few years.

“Their growth since 2015 is something that we as a Club can resonate with, and like us they have high aspirations. We were impressed with Castore’s vision from initial conversations and we feel they have a good understanding of our Club, our values, what we are building here and where we are hoping to be in the future.

“This partnership brings together two modern North West entities, and the teams have been working closely together to create some striking new kits that we are excited to share with you in the coming weeks.”

Tom Beahon, Co-Founder of Castore, said: “We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Salford City, an impressive team local to our Castore headquarters.

“Salford are an ambitious club with high aspirations, and we believe they embody our ‘Better Never Stops’ ethos, making them a perfect fit for Castore.

“We’re proud to be providing ‘The Ammies’ and their passionate fanbase with something to look forward to ahead of the 2022-23 season.”
